David was amazing, sympathetic, warm and genuine. For a first experience at an Australian consulate I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!

Dealing with passport worries is always a tense situation when travel is looming. The staff at the Australian Embassy in Dublin could not have done more to relieve those concerns while still maintaining absolute professionalism with the process. From the friendly receptionists, courteous security and efficient passport officers they really couldn't do anymore to help. Superb.
