Excellent customer service very smooth very pleasant experience

Super experience at the Australian Embassy arranging two urgent passport applications. A big thank you to Sandra, who was incredibly kind when we made our crisis her problem and managed to secure appointments at very short notice, and to David, who met with us and processed everything the very next day. We’re very grateful for such a seamless and professional experience.

All the staff were absolutely lovely - very thorough, professional and helpful.

Everyone was very polite. All documents were dealt with efficiently. A very good atmosphere.
